    To increase the strength of our website, there are certain words that your password can not contain. An error message will occur if any of the following are inputted.

    PPU stands for Price Per Unit.

  5. Can I change my username?

    Usernames cannot be changed. If you want a new username go through the "online setup" process with the username you want.

  6. My tracking number isn't showing up as a valid tracking number

    Auburn gives the tracking number as soon as we have it in our system, but the tracking number does not show on the shippers (UPS, FEDEX or Promed) website until they pick up the package from our warehouse. If the tracking number still doesn't show up by the next day call your rep or customer service for more details.

    To check your current balance is to call our accounting department. Their number is 1 800-222-5609 ext. 210

  8. How do I change my credit card on file or my ACH information?

    This can be changed at anytime by calling anyone in our Accounts Receivable department. Their numbers are 1 800-222-5609 ext.210,211,213,214,215.

  9. How long does it normally take for me to get my package?

    Fedex and UPS and created guides on about how long it should take for a package to deliver from our warehouse. All times are for ground delivery and are estimates, times may change based of weather or other factors.
