Pricing:

We are committed to finding the lowest possible prices and passing the savings on to you, our customer. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are tax exempt. (Except Minnesota)

Delivery:

All orders are shipped, best way, same day, if ordered during our business hours. Free Shipping available with minimum $75.00 order within the United States. Next day and second day shipping is available. Weekend internet orders will ship Monday. CII orders and CSOS orders must be placed by 4:00pm EST for next day delivery.

Terms:

Payment terms for open accounts are net ten (10) EOM with approved credit.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Check by Phone.

Prescription Pharmaceuticals and Controlled Substances:

State and federal regulations require that legend and controlled substances be sold only to registered and licensed health care professionals. New customers please fax your DEA certificate to our Customer Service Department at (248) 526-3750. We ship only to licensed locations.
-All prescription pharmaceuticals offered for sale meet all applicable FDA, USP and NF STANDARDS.

Return Policy:

Returns must receive prior authorization to return. All returns for full credit, must be made within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, the price paid or current price, whichever is lower, minus a 25% restocking fee, will be credited. Only products purchased from AUBURN PHARMACEUTICAL may be returned for credit. Contact our customer service department at 1-800-222-5609 or email customerservice@auburnpharm.com for a return authorization.

Only UNOPENED merchandise within (3) three months of its expiration date will be eligible for return credit. No credit will be issued for OPENED or PARTIAL BOTTLES unless product is recalled. Please remove all price stickers and other markings from products. DEFACED, DAMAGED or SOILED PRODUCTS are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Return requests over $1000.00 are subject to a special review and may be subject to handling fees.
